2. Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 610 22nd Street, Suite 315, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (www.netlify.com). Pages are served from a worldwide network of servers, including in Europe.

3. Use of the website

The website presents the nostress solution and lets you request a demo. The information published is provided for guidance only: it may change and does not constitute a contractual offer. Figures reflect measurements made at client companies and do not guarantee the same result in another context.

ZEEEGGS SAS strives to keep the information accurate and the website available, without being able to guarantee it. It cannot be held liable for any interruption, error or damage resulting from the use of the website or of the websites it links to.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, illustrations, videos, logos, trademarks and graphic elements of the website are the property of ZEEEGGS SAS or its partners. The trademarks and logos of the clients mentioned belong to their respective owners. Any full or partial reproduction, representation or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement (articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

5. Personal data

ZEEEGGS SAS is the controller of the personal data collected on the website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

5.1 Demo request form

• Data collected: first and last name, business email, company, job function and, if you wish, a message. The language and the page from which the request is sent are also transmitted.
• Purpose: to answer your request, organise a demo and follow up on the business relationship.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest of ZEEEGGS SAS in developing business relationships with professionals.
• Recipients: the nostress sales teams. Requests pass through Netlify (form service), acting as a processor.
• Retention period: 3 years from your last contact, after which the data is deleted.

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is not used for any other purpose without your consent.

5.2 Transfers outside the European Union

As Netlify, Inc. is established in the United States, some data may be transferred there. These transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5.3 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions regarding its fate after your death. To exercise these rights, write to dpo@nostress.io or to ZEEEGGS SAS – DPO, 82 rue des Martyrs, 75018 Paris, France. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.

5.4 Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. ZEEEGGS SAS and its processors implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

6. Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tool and no social network tracker. It only stores, on your device, the language you choose: a technical cookie (nf_lang) and a preference in the browser's local storage. Strictly necessary for the website to work, they do not require your consent and are only used to display the website in your language. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Links to third-party services (LinkedIn, App Store, Google Play) take you to websites subject to their own policies.

7. Applicable law

This notice is governed by French law. Unless otherwise provided by law, any dispute relating to the use of the website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
